With over 30 years’ leadership and management experience, including 18 years in healthcare, I specialise in supporting general practices and PCNs with regulatory compliance, governance, and operational improvement. I am the creator of CQCFIT, a diagnostic CQC audit tool designed specifically for primary care, and I support practices through mock inspections, targeted training, webinars, and tailored 1:1 CQC support, including registrations and variations. A CQC Specialist Advisor since 2014 and a GP Development Adviser with the RCGP, I have also delivered GPIP and PLS programmes on behalf of NHSE.
