Morgan Daly is Deputy Director for Digital Transformation at One Care, the GP federation for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, supporting 66 general practices. Morgan leads work across digital strategy, innovation and large-scale change programmes in primary care, working closely with practices, ICBs and national partners. Their portfolio includes the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies such as ambient voice technology, automation and the NHS App, with a strong focus on evidence, safety and real-world impact. Morgan regularly works at the interface between frontline general practice, suppliers and policymakers, and has a particular interest in how digital tools can support workforce sustainability, quality of care and equitable access as the NHS delivers its long-term reform agenda.
