Ceri came into the NHS as a school leaver and for the past 20 years has been working in General Practice. Ceri chairs the Practice Manager meetings in her locality and has a special interest in Management & Organisational Behaviours especially compassionate leadership for which she is part way through her master’s degree. In her spare time, she is a founding member and Chair of Trustees for the Angel Project in Gloucestershire – the organisation focuses on protecting vulnerable people, particularly women, by providing immediate support, safe refuge, and practical assistance when they feel at risk and offers reassurance that help is nearby.
