Dr Richard Tingay is a GP Partner and Primary Care Network Clinical Director with over twenty years’ experience across primary care, clinical leadership and governance. Richard has previously worked as a Medical Director for a large primary care provider organisation and as the Men’s Senior Team Doctor and Clinical Lead for England Rugby, where he led multidisciplinary teams in high-performance environments and worked closely with governing bodies and senior stakeholders. He is also a Teaching Fellow at the University of Bath and is currently undertaking an MBA in Clinical Leadership at the University of Birmingham
