When you join each virtual event session, you will see an icon which looks like a microphone at the bottom of the black screen as seen below. You must join by computer audio in order to hear. 

This typically affects those watching on a phone. We recommend watching on a desktop or tablet for the best experience. You must have your phone in landscape in order to view slides. For some Apple devices this does not seem to resolve the issue. In that case we advise using a different device or desktop. 

It is best to use Google Chrome where possible as your internet browser.

At the bottom of the screen please click on the two speech bubbles to ask a question.  A box on the right hand side will then appear and you will have to drag it into the center of the screen to type your question. 

You will be sent an email on the morning of the event to allow you to view the event sessions.
