Dr Susheel Randhawa is a General Practitioner with a specialist interest in Women’s Health and Sexual & Reproductive Medicine. She is the Clinical Lead for one of the UK’s largest community gynaecology services, delivering integrated care pathways across general gynaecology, menopause, PCOS, and endometriosis. Her work focuses on improving access, innovation, and equity in women’s health through multidisciplinary collaboration and digital transformation. With a career spanning clinical and leadership roles across the UK, Australia, and Malaysia, Dr Randhawa brings an international perspective to women’s health service design and delivery. She is deeply passionate about advancing early recognition and intervention, particularly through community and school-based health education programmes aimed at empowering young people to understand and manage their menstrual and reproductive health from an early age. Her commitment lies in creating inclusive, holistic, and patient-centred models of care that bridge gaps between primary and specialist services.
