Karen has worked in Primary care and at Frome Medical Practice since 2017. On joining the practice she signed up to the RCGP Green Impact for health toolkit, having carried out similar work as Director of Sport at the University of Sussex. This was the starting point of an ambition to make primary care as sustainable as possible. Karen is extremely proud of the work the Frome team has done to date and was delighted when the team won the first ever General Practice Award for sustainability. She is really excited to be on the judging panel and secretly hoping to take lots of examples of great practice back to Frome.
