Dr Jen Greenlaw is a GP partner and GP trainer at Urban Village Medical Practice in Manchester where she has worked since 2005. She is Greater Manchester's Women's Health Clinical Lead and sits on the Greater Manchester's Sexual Health Network Board and it's Contraception Working Group. She is currently supporting the roll out of Women's Health Hubs across the region.
She was the previous Clinical Director for City Centre and Ancoats Primary Care Network and has been instrumental in setting up their PCN level LARC (long-acting reversible contraception) service which takes referrals from all over Manchester locality. Urban Village Medical Practice has run a well-established homeless service for the city and provides primary care services to around 850 homeless patients including outreach services to day centres and hostels via their clinical van. The ethos of the practice is one of inclusion and reducing health inequalities.
