Sarah Baig is an Associate Professor, pharmacist prescriber, educator, and strategic leader with a portfolio career spanning community pharmacy, primary care, academia, and workforce development. She has expertise in diabetes and renal medicine and is recognised for her work in prescribing education, advanced practice development, and workforce transformation. She works strategically across sectors to support innovation, integrated care, and professional development, and was recently elected as an English Pharmacy Council Member for the Royal College of Pharmacy. Passionate about education and leadership, she is actively involved in curriculum design, mentorship, research, and supporting pharmacists to work at the top of their licence across evolving healthcare systems.
