Taff is a Superintendent Pharmacist, Independent Prescriber and Chair of Community Pharmacy Humber. He owns and leads Taffs Pharmacy, an independent community pharmacy group in North Lincolnshire, with branches in Scunthorpe and Brigg.

Since acquiring his first pharmacy in 2019, Taff has overseen significant growth and service development, focusing on clinical services, workforce development and integrated primary care. Alongside community pharmacy, he has worked within general practice since 2016, gaining first-hand experience of the opportunities and challenges of working across both sectors. As an Independent Prescriber, he delivers patient-facing clinics and has helped develop innovative models linking community pharmacy and general practice.

He is passionate about advancing community pharmacy and strengthening collaboration across multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
