Speaker Bio
Dr Tori Blake is a General Practitioner and Director of Urgent Care at Nimbuscare. Her experience spans both primary care and hospital-based leadership roles, including senior management positions within acute and urgent care services.
She has led work to redesign urgent care pathways across North Yorkshire, with a focus on improving coordination between general practice, community and hospital services. She previously served as Clinical Director at the Friarage Hospital, Northallerton, where she was responsible for services including the Urgent Treatment Centre, Same Day Emergency Care and inpatient wards.
In her role as York Place Coach for Neighbourhood Health, she worked across organisations to support the development of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams and population health approaches. She is a CQC Registered Manager with an interest in patient safety and workforce development. Tori holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education, a Diploma in Urgent Medical Care, and is an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
