Dr Neil Modha DL is a visionary healthcare leader and General Practitioner based in Peterborough, widely recognised for his transformative approach to primary care. As the Managing Partner of Thistlemoor Medical Centre, he has overseen its growth from 7000 to over 33,000 patients, without mergers, maintaining a consistent "Outstanding" rating from the Care Quality Commission.
His leadership extends across the regional healthcare system as the Clinical Chair of the Greater Peterborough Network and Co-Clinical Director of the Central Thistlemoor Primary Care Network. A dedicated advocate for health equality, Dr Modha specialises in designing innovative workforce models that utilise community-trained healthcare assistants to bridge language barriers and support deprived populations. Dr Neil Modha has been an advocate for the primary care family with the integration of Graham Young Pharmacy as well as Thistlemoor Smiles a new innovative NHS dental service.
