Mandip Bassi is a senior clinical pharmacist specialising in cardiovascular, renal and metabolic conditions. He began his career in community pharmacy over 15 years ago, progressing through leadership roles from store manager to multi‑site management, and spent four years on the Nottinghamshire Local Pharmaceutical Committee supporting service development.In 2019, Mandip moved into primary care with NCGPA, where he completed his independent prescribing qualification and the CPPE PCN pathway, while mentoring other clinical pharmacists. He is currently a Clinical Pharmacist Manager and Project Lead, leading service improvement initiatives across diabetes and cardiovascular disease, with a strong commitment to tackling health inequalities and challenging clinical inertia.
