Sophie McCracken is the Chief Operating Officer at ECG Training and a registered paramedic. She has extensive experience in clinical education and has worked closely with the pharmacy sector for many years, supporting pharmacy teams to develop the skills and confidence needed to deliver patient facing services safely and effectively.

As the Clinical Lead, Sophie oversees the development of clinical training programmes across areas including vaccination, clinical assessment and Pharmacy First services. Her work focuses on helping healthcare professionals deliver high quality care while putting patients first and maintaining strong standards of patient safety.

She is passionate about practical, skills focused education that enables clinicians to confidently assess, manage and appropriately refer patients in primary care.
