Jaypal is an accomplished clinical leader and advanced pharmacist with over 10 years of hospital pharmacy and general practice experience. As Assistant Clinical Director for Walsall South 2 PCN and a Pharmacist Advanced Clinical Practitioner, he drives strategic clinical development and leads medicines optimisation across primary care. He has been central to establishing a PCN prescribing hub, designing a structured pathway for Advanced Practitioners, and developing high performing ARRS teams that strengthen system-wide capability. A committed national educator, he delivers specialist CPD teaching, mentors emerging clinicians and supports professional growth to elevate the role of pharmacy within multidisciplinary care.
