Conor is a national leader in Primary Care innovation with over a decade of experience driving transformation across General Practice, Community Pharmacy, and Integrated Care Systems. As owner of CoreHealth Partners and providing the Chief Executive role to Community Pharmacy London and Chief Information Officer role for Primary Care organisations, and previously the founder of Primary Care Analytics, he is well versed in leading data and digital strategy across multiple sectors of the NHS.

With deep frontline insight and a proven track record in delivering scalable solutions, Conor advises ICSs, Primary Care Collaboratives, and national bodies on using data and technology to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and workforce resilience. He Co-Chairs the NHS Confederation’s Digital & Data Design Group and serves as a Non-Executive Director for Healthwatch Herefordshire, offering subject matter expertise on Primary Care and Community insight.
