Our opening plenary, led jointly by our chairs from general practice and community pharmacy, sets out our mission to achieve greater collaboration between professional disciplines as we enter an era of neighbourhood healthcare. In preparation for two days of concerted learning, networking and bridge-building, we’ll begin by comparing perspectives, identifying obstacles and looking for untapped synergies and opportunities. Only by working together – in willing partnership – can we hope to play a leading role in defining the future of primary care.
