Helena is an award-winning journalist and editor specialising in healthcare. She joined Cogora as Editor of Hospital Healthcare Europe and Hospital Pharmacy Europe in April 2023 and oversees the writing, commissioning and editing of content for senior stakeholder, consultant and hospital pharmacist audiences. Covering stories on clinical, policy, strategy and professional developments, among other topics, the publications share examples of best practice and innovative ideas for addressing healthcare challenges and delivering more efficient and effective patient care across the UK and Europe. Prior to this, Helena spent many years working as a writer and editor in the community pharmacy trade press, for which she received several awards including the Professional Publishers Association (PPA) 30 Under 30 Award. She was also editor of a trade publication for the marketing and medical affairs arms of the pharmaceutical industry and has freelanced for a range of national consumer magazines. Helena is a member of the Medical Journalists’ Association.
