Since 2016, Dr. O’Regan has served as a Consultant in Psychiatry & Sleep Medicine at Guy’s Hospital, where he leads the Complex Sleep Psychiatry Service. He is also a co-founder of Sleep London (Sleep London), his independent clinical practice. He is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at King’s College London, a Visiting Lecturer at University College London, and a past president of the Sleep Medicine Section at the Royal Society of Medicine. He pioneered the first group-based talking therapy for NREM parasomnias, and leads UK involvement in international sleep research. His publications are available via https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3809-022X. Dr. O’Regan was awarded a first-class BSc in Physiology, a Wellcome Trust PhD in neuroendocrinology, and read medicine at Cambridge.
