Dr Anna Joyce is a Chartered Psychologist and practitioner of cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT I) and nightmares (CBT-N). With an academic background in cognitive psychology and almost 20 years of experience researching sleep, her work explores how sleep difficulties affect cognition, behaviour, and mental health, including within neurodivergent conditions such as Autism and ADHD. She is dedicated to understanding how optimising sleep can enhance daytime functioning and overall wellbeing.
Dr Joyce holds an academic position at Regent’s University London, where she researches sleep and teaches psychology at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her academic expertise ensures her clinical recommendations are grounded in the latest scientific evidence.
