Dita is a member of the National Paediatric Diabetes Audit team, NHSE GIRFT Clinical Advisor for Children and Young Adults’ (CYA) Diabetes. She is a clinical lead for YoungType2.org, a digital platform and app designed to support young people in raising awareness and management of T2D. She was a NICE guideline committee member for T2D medicines for children and young people (NG18), Overweight and Obesity Management (NG246) and is the Quality Standards Advisory Committee. She is Assistant Officer for Nutrition and Obesity at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, and sits on the National Child Measurement Programme Board.

She is a clinical co-investigator on the NIHR ENHANCE study -Evaluating the NHSE Complications from Excess weight clinics.
